This page contains the disclaimers, terms, and important notices that apply to all games and content provided under the name ChompTile Games™ (including "DOUBLE DOWN" and all other current and future puzzle titles, difficulty levels, "Support" versions, and "Therapy" versions).

By accessing or playing any game on this website you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.  If you do not agree, please do not use the games.

Important:  ChompTile Games™, at its sole discretion, reserves the right not to create any puzzle.

All games, graphics, tile images, templates, audio files, code structure, and related materials are the intellectual property of ChompTile Games™ (or its licensors).  You may play the games on this website for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not copy, modify, redistribute, reverse-engineer, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from any game assets or code without prior written permission.

The ™ symbol indicates that ChompTile Games™ claims common-law trademark rights in the name.  No federal trademark registration is required to use the ™ symbol.

ChompTile Games™ does not warrant that:

• any particular high score, progress, or result can be achieved;
• audio, images, or other assets will always load successfully.

While the games have been tested on a range of common desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile devices, no guarantee is made for every possible hardware, software, browser, or accessibility configuration.

4. "Therapy" and "Support" Versions

Certain game variants are labeled "Therapy" (or similar).  These versions are recreational puzzle experiences only.  They are not:

• medical devices;
• clinical treatments;
• substitutes for professional medical, psychological, occupational, or therapeutic advice or care;
• guaranteed to produce any health, cognitive, motor, or emotional benefit.

If you have a medical or therapeutic need, consult a qualified healthcare professional.  Use of any "Therapy" labeled version is entirely at your own risk and discretion.

"Support" (easier) versions are likewise provided solely for entertainment accessibility and carry no therapeutic claims.


5. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• how you use the games;
• any decisions you make while playing;
• ensuring your device and browser are compatible and up to date;
• any screenshots, scores, or personal notes you choose to keep.

You agree not to attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the website or games, and not to use the games for any unlawful purpose.

High scores and game states shown on-screen are local to your current browser session unless otherwise explicitly stated.  They are not stored on our servers by the game itself.  ChompTile Games™ collects no information from its users.


6. Changes, Availability & Right Not to Create

ChompTile Games™ may modify, suspend, or discontinue any game, version, difficulty setting, or website feature at any time without notice.

ChompTile Games™, at its sole discretion, reserves the right not to create any puzzle.  No obligation exists to produce additional games, variants, updates, or requested content.


7. External Hosting & Third-Party Context

When a game is embedded or hosted on a third-party site, that site's own terms, privacy policy, and practices also apply.  ChompTile Games™ is not responsible for the content, security, or policies of external websites that may host authorized copies of the games.

Images and audio are loaded from the designated asset location configured in each game.  Availability of those assets depends on the hosting environment.


8. Privacy Note

The core game code does not collect, transmit, or store personal information, account data, or persistent high scores on a central server.  Any local browser storage or temporary session data is controlled by your device and browser settings.

If the surrounding website adds analytics, forms, or other features, those are governed by that site's separate privacy policy.


9. Governing Language & Severability

These disclaimers are written in English.  If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.  Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
